Villa Aruba is a luxury 3 bed/3 bath private villa, with its own pool and sun-deck overlooking beautiful woodland conservation.
The villa can be fully air conditioned or heated throughout, and for your added comfort, there are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and communal areas.
The property consists of two master bedrooms, with queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. The other bedroom contains twin beds and uses the large family bathroom. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels, including additional pool towels, are provided. A complimentary cot and high chair are available on request.
The communal living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, and where you will find a 25 Cable T.V and a video player - you provide the tapes! The sleeper sofa converts into a queen size bed if required. Patio doors lead out to the pool/lanai area.
As you would expect, the kitchen is fully fitted, from dishwasher to bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need. The kitchen nook contains a dining table that seats six, and features two windows overlooking the pool and covered lanai. There is also a breakfast bar with stools, which the younger members of your group may enjoy!
The pool area and lanai look toward a beautiful woodland conservation area. This provides a high degree of privacy as the pool area is not overlooked from behind at all. There is ample patio furniture (including sun-loungers, table and chairs) and to help you further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, we include a complimentary gas BBQ.
If you are travelling with a young child in your party, the following will hopefully be of interest to you. We have young children ourselves, so we have tried to make the villa as child friendly as possible. As well as providing a complimentary cot and high chair, we have created an Under 5 Activity Box (subject to availability) which contains some jigsaws, an ABC train, building blocks with letters, some colouring paper and crayons (although these are obviously consumable), and two pre-school videos. There is a pool ball, some "noodles" and two inflatable rings (if they haven't popped by then!) for in the pool. We have put some non-breakable plates, bowls, beakers, spoons and forks in the kitchen area. All exits to the pool area have double locks, and in accordance with Florida law, there is a child safety fence around the pool itself, which can be removed if you wish.
"The Reserves at Town Center" is an exclusive, gated community of only 94 homes, each with its own private pool.
From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the quiet, palm-tree lined streets, well maintained gardens and brightly coloured houses create a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing on to a lake or an area of woodland conservation. Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is an 8 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive, and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes.
The new Champions Gate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses, a large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants is a 5 minute drive from the community.
