Beautiful villa situated on the prestigious, secure gated community The Manors at Westridge. Located off highway 27, just 15 minutes from Disney, this fully air conditioned villa has its own screened 30ft x 15ft private pool, with optional heating and a range of pool furniture for relaxing in the sun or al-fresco dining.
We have two double bedrooms (king & queen) both with ensuite facilities and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Living accommodation comprises fully equipped kitchen, dinning nook, and family room with TV/Video/DVD/CD/Games/Books. For conversation and cocktails relax in the luxurious surroundings of the formal lounge and dinning room. The villa can sleep up to 10 guests, using the double sofa bed in the family room. A cot and highchair is available, at no cost to our guests.

Designed with holidaymakers in mind, it features a large pool and sundeck, lounge, large screen TV's, and, for those who like to keep fit, exercise room housing Gym equipment. It is for the exclusive use of the guests and property owners. Other on site amenities includes a children's play area, as well as tennis and basketball courts. Plus, there is an 18-hole golf course a few minutes from the entrance!
Do you want to play golf? You have certainly come to the right place. There are over 50 superb courses within one hour's drive of the villa - so you may want to stay a few extra days.

RENTAL NOTES:
In order that our guests can take advantage of lower priced flights we do not restrict our arrival dates so you can benefit from mid week cheaper flights.
Guests should depart from the villa by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Guests can arrive after 4.00pm on the day of arrival.
Our villa is looked after by an excellent local management company who are available 7 days a week to help you make the most of your vacation. Should you require extra housekeeping visits or anything else that will make your holiday more enjoyable please let us know.
We are happy to accept bookings of less than 7 days, calculated on a pro-rata basis of the current weekly price, however bookings of 5 nights or less will be required to pay $90 cleaning charge.
Bookings of 3 weeks or longer are offered a discount.
LARGE PARTIES 10 - 20
Larger parties between 10 - 20 people (and 2 babies) may be accommodated in the villa next door, if available. Please enquire if you want 2 side by side villas.
